Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation frameworks
  • Analyze quarterly results, company disclosures, earnings transcripts, management commentary, and key operating drivers
  • Conduct fundamental company and industry research to support investment analysis and idea generation
  • Monitor news flow, industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes relevant to covered companies and sectors
  • Maintain and update internal databases, comparable company trackers, and recurring research materials
  • Support thematic analysis, sector work, cross-company comparisons, and screening exercises
  • Prepare materials ahead of earnings, company meetings, industry events, and other key catalysts
  • Partner closely with global investment teams to deliver timely, accurate, and decision-useful research support
  • Help improve research processes by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and workflow enhancement



AI and Research Tools

  • Leverage internal AI and research tools to drive efficiency across research workflows
  • Use approved tools to support tasks such as news tracking, transcript summarization, document synthesis, data extraction, and research preparation
  • Help automate repetitive, manual tasks while ensuring that analyst judgment, validation, and accountability remain central to final outputs
  • Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and best practices within the research team

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in equity research experience - buy side or sell side is required
  • Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and fundamental analysis
  • Familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, Visible Alpha, and other databases
  • Exposure to data, automation, or AI-enabled research workflows
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of ownership, professionalism, and intellectual curiosity



Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong academic record; CFA or progress toward CFA is a plus
