We are looking for a high‑performing Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions to Large Enterprises / BFSI institutions / Conglomerates. This is a strategic, high‑impact role focused on driving new business, building long-term executive relationships, and growing enterprise accounts in a competitive market.
  • Must have 10+ years of Enterprise software selling experience
  • Work with the country head for the West Enterprise Motion

About Our Client

Our client is a matured stage SAAS organisation, at Series C stage, looking to augment the India Enterprise Motion. Backed by marquee investors and with a strong AI play, they are into a strong expansion mode.

Job Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with C-level, SVP, and Director-level stakeholders across Enterprise, BFSI, and Conglomerate sectors.
  • Understand client pain points, business challenges, regulatory complexities, and decision‑making cycles within large organizations.
  • Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver world‑class client experiences.
  • Build strong account strategies, map key stakeholders, and create multi‑threaded opportunities.
  • Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets

The Successful Applicant

A successful Enterprise AE - West should have:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling SaaS solutions in India or global markets.
  • Strong background selling into BFSI / Large Enterprises / Conglomerates.
  • Demonstrated success in high‑value, multi-million‑dollar deal closures.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes, InfoSec assessments, RFPs, and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑presence skills.
  • A hunter mindset with a passion for building pipelines and breaking into new accounts.
  • Proven ability to engage cross‑functional teams and influence complex decision structures.
