Job Description

Our Client is looking for an Engineering Manager who thinks creatively and is great at execution to lead a full-stack engineering team. As an engineering manager, you will take a major role in expanding Identity Governance and Administration to the large enterprise scale and lead, mentor, and build a team that will take one of the core activities of Identity Governance and Administration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Python/Go/ Node/Ruby/Java/C#
  • Domain expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Multifactor Authorization (MFA)
  • Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline
  • Experience in managing highly skilled developers, and the ability to lead, coach and influence them.
  • Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance
  • Must have Experience with at least one Cloud Platform AWS, Azure or Google Cloud(AWS is a definite advantage)
  • Self-learning ability, hands on, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual with goal-oriented approach
  • Innovator by nature. Thinking out of the box.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
