Job Description

  • Build and own the technology solutions for consumer requirements
  • Design scalable systems for consumer insights, data pipelines, and internal tools
  • Transition technology ownership from external vendors to an in-house model
  • Make architecture decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
  • Enable multi-brand growth using shared infrastructure
  • Partner closely with the founder on technology strategy and prioritization
  • Establish engineering best practices, standards, and processes
  • Hire, mentor, and grow the initial engineering team



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience building and scaling systems in early-stage or high-growth startups
  • Strong hands-on engineering background with a leadership mindset
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from first principles
  • Strategic thinker who views engineering as a core business enabler
  • Interest in consumer technology, data platforms, and applied AI
  • Data Platform experience is a plus
