The leader in this role will own the long-term technology vision and guide the platform's architectural shift, build data-driven systems.

They will oversee the modernization of the platform's architecture while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across all systems.

A key part of this role involves scaling engineering teams across multiple functions and building a culture focused on high ownership and consistent delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate brings 14+ years of experience building and scaling complex consumer technology platforms.

They have a proven record of shipping data‑driven and ML‑powered features, along with deep backend and systems design expertise.

They have led major architectural shifts in production environments, built large engineering organizations, and delivered reliably in fast‑moving, high‑stakes conditions.
