They are a data engineering company that helps organizations build and deploy AI. Its core work is providing AI training and post-training data, model evaluation, alignment, and safety services, plus AI model deployment, integration, and AI-enabled platforms (Yahoo Finance) . Big AI labs and Big Tech companies are major customers - it prepares and annotates the massive datasets used to train and fine-tune large language models.

Job Description

  • Enhance developer productivity and engineering experience.
  • Define and implement engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and self-service capabilities.
  • Drive CI/CD standardization and automation across teams.
  • Establish code quality and governance practices.
  • Standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Improve observability, monitoring, reliability, and incident response frameworks.
  • Enable DevSecOps and test automation practices.
  • Define and monitor engineering metrics including DORA metrics.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Developer Experience background.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
  • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
  • Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and developer workflows.
  • Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Node.js.
