Job Description

  • Partner with regional and local teams to deliver People & Culture strategies
  • Diagnose gaps, assess risks, and drive effective HR outcomes
  • Design and implement AI-enabled HR initiatives
  • Ensure reward practices are competitive and compliant
  • Manage personnel costs, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Oversee cost centre management and financial tracking
  • Lead vendor and contract management with strong governance
  • Ensure compliance with audits, tax assessments, and statutory regulations
  • Support domestic and international employee relocations
  • Contribute to global and regional HR projects
  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Enhance scalability and employee experience across HR functions

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience (MNC/startup preferred)
  • Experience working across functions and geographies
  • Strong exposure to multiple HR domains (HRBP, Talent, L&D, Operations)
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High integrity and customer-focused approach
