Job Description

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale employee events, annual celebrations, leadership offsites, town halls, rewards & recognition events, and culture initiatives.
  • Design engaging employee experiences, event themes, concepts, and activation plans that enhance participation and strengthen organisational culture.
  • Manage multiple high-impact programmes simultaneously while ensuring flawless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead event production, venue selection, hospitality management, travel coordination, vendor onboarding, budgeting, and on-ground operations.
  • Create and manage the annual employee engagement and events calendar.
  • Drive seamless execution of onboarding experiences, milestone celebrations, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Manage event agencies, production partners, gifting vendors, travel partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Oversee programme budgets, cost optimisation, contract negotiations, and ROI tracking for experience initiatives.
  • Develop communication plans and employee campaigns to maximise participation and engagement.
  • Anticipate risks, manage contingencies, and resolve operational challenges during live events.
  • Establish event execution playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and governance mechanisms to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, high-quality employee experiences.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • Experience in corporate events, event management agencies, experiential marketing, hospitality, employee engagement, community management, or related functions.
  • Proven track record of independently managing large-scale events and complex logistics.
  • Experience handling multiple high-budget events and programmes simultaneously.
  • Strong exposure to leadership events, offsites, conferences, employee celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organisations preferred.
