The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in the D2C space, preferred experience in the personal care space
  • Hands-on experience building brands from 0 to 1, 1 to 10, and ideally 10 to 100 scale.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and business economics.
  • Proven track record in new product development (NPD), category creation and business incubation.
  • Experience identifying whitespace opportunities and launching new consumer propositions.
  • Ability to independently solve business problems and drive GTM strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen coupled with marketing and brand-building expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution orientation.Experience driving assortment strategy, innovation pipelines and growth initiatives
