It is known for its mid‑market, control‑focused investment approach and a robust portfolio spanning healthcare, pharma, industrials, digital transformation, and sustainable infrastructure

Job Description

  • Develop and execute value creation plans across multiple portfolio companies.
  • Lead large-scale operational transformations across cost, supply chain, commercial excellence, and digital enablement.
  • Advise CEOs and boards on strategic decisions and governance matters.
  • Identify and accelerate revenue growth, market expansion, and M&A integration opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members within the value creation function.
  • Oversee performance dashboards, KPIs, and communication of impact to stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a Tier‑1 MBA with 7-9 years of post‑MBA experience in strategy consulting and business transformation. They possess strong sector knowledge in healthcare, pharma, or lifesciences (or relevant exposure in industrials/TMT), have a track record of driving operational improvements, and demonstrate the ability to influence senior executives and manage complex multi‑stakeholder programs.
