Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure engineers.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of products, services, and technology initiatives.
  • Define solution architecture and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality designs.
  • Manage team performance, capability development, coaching, and career growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, resource planning, and team capacity management.
  • Establish engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Govern software development, testing, release management, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and deliver requirements.
  • Ensure operational excellence, application support, risk management, and service reliability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
  • Expertise in solution design, software development, testing, and release management.
  • Experience managing complex technology deliveries and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
