Job Description

  • Plan product distribution across stores to maintain stock availability.
  • Track stock movement and address delays that affect store supply.
  • Work with warehouse and transport teams to keep deliveries on schedule.
  • Review store demand and sales trends to improve stock allocation.
  • Set distribution priorities for new launches, promotions and seasonal ranges.
  • Monitor distribution performance and share clear updates with sales teams.
  • Improve distribution processes to reduce delays and avoid stock gaps.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve product availability issues quickly.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in distribution planning and stock allocation.
  • Confidence managing product movement across multiple locations.
  • Experience working with warehouse and transport teams.
  • Understanding of store demand, sales trends and stock availability.
  • Ability to review distribution data and identify practical actions.
  • Confidence using distribution or inventory management systems.
