It also serves as the Bengaluru MTSC Site Lead, providing local leadership while influencing senior stakeholders globally to improve supply chain performance and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Design and establish the end-to-end global Supply Chain Performance Management framework across Make, Plan and Deliver functions.
  • Create KPI hierarchies, governance structures, performance review cadences, management systems, and ways of working from scratch.
  • Partner with global stakeholders across regions, influencing without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Act as the Bengaluru MTSC Site Lead, driving employee engagement, collaboration and site-level leadership presence.
  • Build scalable systems, processes and operating rhythms to improve overall business performance.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 20+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong exposure across Make, Plan and Deliver functions.
  • Experience designing and deploying supply chain performance management systems, governance frameworks, KPI structures and operating models.
  • Global stakeholder management experience with exposure to multiple regions and cross-cultural ways of working would be good to have.
