Job Description

  • Own and drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the AI Platform, including LLM orchestration, model evaluation, prompt engineering tools, Voice AI, and fine-tuning capabilities.
  • Define enterprise-wide architecture and standards for AI deployment, integration, monitoring, and governance.
  • Develop platform capabilities covering model routing, latency optimization, real-time audio processing, RAG infrastructure, agent workflows, and AI guardrails
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and executive leadership teams to optimize AI model performance, reliability, and business outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of product leadership experience within AI Platforms, AI Infrastructure, Developer Tools, Enterprise SaaS, or related technology environments.
  • Strong expertise in LLMs, generative AI, model orchestration, Voice AI, speech technologies (STT/TTS), and low-latency distributed systems.
