Job Description

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of a portfolio of local data and analytics products, from ideation through to adoption and retirement.
  • Define clear product boundaries and governance, ensuring alignment with central platforms and avoiding duplication.
  • Drive prioritisation across markets using structured frameworks, balancing commercial impact, scalability, and engineering capacity.
  • Provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, including quality assurance, deployment, and long‑term maintainability.
  • Champion the use of AI accelerators and automation to improve development speed, quality, and team productivity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading complex product portfolios within data‑driven or technology‑led environments.
  • Strong technical foundation, with the ability to partner closely with engineering and data science teams to productionise advanced capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in product strategy, prioritisation, and governance across multiple stakeholders and markets.
  • Experienced people leader with a track record of building high‑performing, commercially minded teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and translating business problems into scalable product solutions.
