Job Description

  • Design and execute a comprehensive founder sourcing and engagement strategy for the India platform.
  • Identify, attract, engage, and assess top healthcare founders using structured, competency‑based evaluation frameworks.
  • Build and manage a high‑quality founder experience that reflects the organization's mission, values, and long‑term partnership approach.
  • Develop and scale a robust founder and operator network through community building, partnerships, events, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Strengthen the organization's founder brand in India through targeted marketing, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, workflows, sourcing effectiveness, and decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with U.S.‑based and global teams, adapting proven playbooks to local market dynamics.
  • Provide regular insights and updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and emerging opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in venture capital, early‑stage startups (0-1), startup platforms, or closely related environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian startup and founder ecosystem, with sensitivity to cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and assess entrepreneurial talent.
  • Highly action‑oriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proven interest and capability in leveraging AI and advanced technology tools beyond basic usage to drive impact.
  • Fluent in English.
