Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations to achieve production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the plant P&L.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Oversee maintenance and ensure all machinery operates at optimal levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Head has

  • A full-time degree in engineering
  • Experience in managing plant operations within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in industrial settings.
