Job Description

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports.
  • Oversee the performance of the FP&A team.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CA/CPA preferred), with 12+ years of experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role.
  • A strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience in product/SaaS/subscripition based organistion.
  • Ability to develop and interpret financial models.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
