Job Description

  • Set the technical direction for software products and engineering work.
  • Plan engineering priorities with product and business teams.
  • Guide the design and delivery of reliable, scalable software.
  • Review technical choices and help teams solve complex issues.
  • Improve engineering practices to support consistent product delivery.
  • Track delivery progress and address risks that may affect timelines.
  • Work with technology teams to maintain product quality and stability.
  • Share clear updates on engineering plans, progress and key decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years leading large engineering organizations through multiple layers of leadership.
  • Strong background delivering AI-native products, including conversational AI, AI agents, enterprise search, RAG, or machine learning-driven platforms.
  • Hands-on understanding of modern AI and voice technologies, including LLMs, ASR, TTS, orchestration frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and platform architecture decisions.
