Director- Engineering for leading industrial automation MNC

Reporting to the MD & global technology head you will:

• Lead and manage the engineering department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and production of special machines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and processes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
