Job Description

  • Drive business development activities and expand consulting opportunities across assigned clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders within banks and fintech organisations.
  • Identify business challenges and shape consulting-led solutions.
  • Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Oversee consulting engagements to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Analyse market trends, performance drivers, and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and industry expertise.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive consulting, strategy, or advisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of payments, banking, cards, or fintech ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex engagements.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven leadership in matrixed and collaborative environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Postgraduate qualification in management or a related discipline.
