Job Description

  • Oversee the App Factory team and their projects.
  • Plan and manage digital solution rollouts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality applications.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members.
  • Keep up with industry trends and technology updates.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform, Outsystems, RPA technologies, Vibe coding)
  • Strong expertise in AI-driven development, including Agentic AI and AI-assisted coding (Vibe Coding), with the ability to integrate intelligent capabilities into business solutions.
  • Good understanding of application architecture, APIs, and integrations
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and enterprise IT ecosystem
