Job Description

  • Lead and manage the digital operations and maintenance of platforms to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues to maintain platform stability and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to technology standards, compliance, and best practices across digital platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital BAU - Engg Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience as a Digital Technical Consultant
  • Strong understanding of Sitecore, Mobile applications - React Native and Service layer capabilities.
  • Experience with integrations
  • Familiarity with cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certifications in Sitecore / Mobile Apps are a plus.
