Job Description

  • Drive business growth by generating enquiries and securing orders within the MV switchgear & allied portfolio
  • Identify customer requirements and deliver tailored technical & commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals aligned with customer and tender specifications.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals while meeting defined sales and margin targets.
  • Manage end-to-end order execution, including delivery coordination and payment collection.
  • Build strong customer relationships and expand accounts to drive repeat business and market share.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DGM Sales should have:

  • Atleast 10+ years of experience in sales in MV switchgear domain
  • Strong technical expertise in MV switchgear and power distribution systems.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Proven skills in key account management and relationship building.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities to close complex deals.
  • Experience in handling techno-commercial proposals and tendering processes.
  • Strong focus on achieving sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction.
