Job Description

  • Oversee and manage key financial services processes within the Banking & Financial Services department.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders and management.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the industry.
