The company operates in the property and building & construction industry, based in Gurgaon.

Job Description

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Manage statutory, internal, and IFC audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
  • Evaluate business proposals, development agreements, land transactions, and investment opportunities from accounting and financial perspectives.
  • Partner with business, tax, legal, and finance teams to assess risks and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive finance process automation, ERP implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering high performance and professional development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong expertise in R2R process, IFRS/Ind AS, financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in financial controls, audit management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, or automation projects is highly preferred.
