Job Description

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Compliance and Corporate Governance functions.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and support key business decisions.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and management reporting.
  • Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters, regulatory compliance and financial risk management.
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, audit processes and compliance standards.
  • Manage treasury operations, insurance programmes and enterprise-wide financial risk mitigation.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and operational efficiencies across finance functions.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support business growth initiatives through commercial analysis, financial planning and performance management.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounts and Corporate Compliance.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role with responsibility for organisation-wide financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation laws, corporate regulations and governance practices.
  • Experience managing audits, internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced financial modelling and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication and team development capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.
