  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology platforms and systems.
  • Lead and mentor the technology team to ensure optimal performance and innovation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology into business processes effectively.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all technology operations.
  • Manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners.
  • Monitor and manage the technology budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Technology Officer (CTO) should have:

  • A strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in leading technology teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of current trends in the Fintech/Financial Services/Bank.
  • Understanding of working with regulatory bodies like RBI/SEBI
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement technology strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and technology budgets.
