About Our Client

A rapidly growing agritech company is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology vision, product innovation, and engineering strategy. This role will be instrumental in building scalable digital platforms, leveraging emerging technologies, and driving business growth across the agricultural ecosystem.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement & maintain technology strategies for the organisation.
  • Lead R&D initiatives to create new products and improve existing ones.
  • Oversee technology operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align technology goals with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Manage technology budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide the technology team for skill development and performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in technology leadership, particularly in the Agritech industry.
  • Proven experience in research and development projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing teams and budgets.
