Proven experience in end-to-end creative TVC production (from concept to execution), expertise in digital short form and long form content is add-on3. Ability to navigate and manage complex organizational hierarchies and multiple stakeholders4. Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Claude)5.
