The Country Head - EPC will lead Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, focusing on distribution network implementation. This role requires strong expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the construction industry.

Job Description

  • Oversee all Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Lead the implementation and management of distribution networks in challenging environments.
  • Develop and execute strategies for project execution and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality guidelines in all operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Head - EPC should have:

  • Extensive experience in Transmission & Distribution projects.
  • Proven expertise in implementing distribution network projects.
  • Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Educational qualifications in engineering or a related field.
