Job Description

  • Develop and implement corporate strategies to enhance business performance and market position within the electronics industry.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with business goals.
  • Assess and optimize existing operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining strategic recommendations and insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and support the development of long-term business plans.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Strategy professional should have:

  • MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier program (preferred)
  • 6-8 years post‑MBA experience in a top management consulting firm (high-tech or diversified industrials experience preferred)
  • Strong strategy practitioner with deep knowledge of strategy tools & frameworks
  • Understanding of drivers of total shareholder return (TSR)
  • Experience addressing strategic issues in microeconomics, industry structure, operations strategy & finance
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and leading teams
