Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for the retail and fashion/apparel teams.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights that drive business decisions.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to build employee capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and corporate policies.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • An MBA or equivalent qualification from a Tier 1 institution.
  • Proven expertise in human resources within the retail or fashion/apparel industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and labour laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
