Job Description

  • Partner directly with founders on fundraising, investor relations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own fundraising processes end-to-end, from investor outreach and financial modelling to negotiations and closure.
  • Lead investor conversations independently, articulating business performance, market dynamics, and growth strategy.
  • Drive execution on the company's highest-priority initiatives, ensuring critical projects move from strategy to delivery.
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and key business reviews for leadership stakeholders.
  • Identify and solve cross-functional business challenges across growth, operations, and performance.
  • Track key metrics, drive accountability, and ensure follow-through on strategic priorities.
  • Act as an extension of the founders, bridging strategy, execution, and stakeholder management.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Has led or co-led a fundraising, preferably equity for initial rounds of funding, with direct ownership of outcomes.
  • Demonstrates strong financial modelling, business analysis, and investor communication skills.
  • Can confidently represent the business in discussions with investors, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a bias for action.
  • Learns new industries quickly and develops deep domain expertise.
  • Thrives in high-ownership, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated by building and scaling businesses.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
  • Brings executive presence, credibility, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
