  • Support the legal team in handling disputes, litigation, and risk management strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and provide updates on changes in laws affecting the life science sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal matters effectively.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage external legal counsel and monitor their performance and costs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Counsel (Temp) should have:
