Job Description

  1. Strategic Leadership: Anchor all three Business Units and ensure alignment with the company's growth and quality objectives.
  2. P&L and Operations Management: Full P&L ownership the BUs
  3. Clinical & Service Governance: Oversee medical & clinical governance, ensuring compliance with company's protocols.
  4. Innovation & Digital Transformation: Seamlessly connect services like discharge summaries, health check-ups, and community events. Focus on operational excellence
  5. Stakeholder & Board Management- Manage separate BU boards and ensure transparent reporting.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Tier-1 MBA with 15-25 years of experience in business leadership, operations, and P&L management.
  • Proven track record of leading large, multi-site consumer-facing or healthcare businesses and delivering profitable growth.
  • Strong expertise in operations, business transformation, expansion, and scaling distributed networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage board-level interactions, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Commercially astute leader with a customer-first mindset, strong execution capability, and experience driving digital innovation.
