Job Description

Reporting to the Promoter / Strategic Consultant, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across paper production units.
  • Drive shopfloor excellence through hands-on operational leadership and problem-solving.
  • Oversee production across kraft paper and reel manufacturing operations.
  • Manage procurement, dispatch, plant efficiency, and operational coordination.
  • Improve productivity, reduce downtime, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support capacity expansion and process optimization programs.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, sales coordination, and finance.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Drive operational transformation and scalable manufacturing systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 18-25 years of experience in paper manufacturing or allied process industries.
  • Strong understanding of kraft paper, pulper operations, corrugation, and reel production.
  • Proven track record managing multiple paper machines and large plant operations.
  • Demonstrates strong shopfloor orientation and operational problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • South India exposure preferred; Tamil language skills advantageous.
