As the Content & Communication Lead, you will report to the Brand Head and be the strategic architect of our mega-brand's voice and image in the Indian market. You will be instrumental in crafting and amplifying the brand's impact in India through compelling storytelling and immersive experiences that are India centric and at the speed at which these nuances evolve.

Job Description

· Shape Brand Narrative: Develop and execute a powerful communication and influence strategy, ensuring every message is consistent with the brand's DNA and resonates with our consumers. Oversee and orchestrate deployment of campaigns across touchpoints to ensure seamless consumer journeys

  • Lead Iconic Events: Oversee the end-to-end execution of brand events, from creative design to operational success, including shoot coordination, partner management, and budget control to create unforgettable brand moments.
  • Amplify Brand Voice: Drive brand image through strategic management of all touchpoints, including PR, e-PR, partnerships, and engagement with scientific experts and spokespeople. Be the SPOC with creative agency to own all communication projects to ensure on time and in full delivery
  • Drive Purposeful Impact: Champion the brand's cause-related initiatives, integrating them into the core communication strategy to build a deeper, more meaningful connection with the community.
  • · Operational Excellence : Campaign management from brief to final delivery & deployment for all branded assets in conjunction with the BBLs / categories. Strategize, align campaign priorities for the year as part of AOP/Budget keeping in mind brand / business needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Content & Communicaton Lead should have:

  • Integrated Communication: Expertise in crafting and deploying multi-channel communication strategies that build brand equity and drive engagement.
  • Brand Strategy: A deep understanding of brand building, with the ability to translate brand DNA into impactful market-specific communication plans.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects like large-scale events and campaigns from concept to completion, on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, media partners, influencers, and brand spokespeople.
  • Content & Storytelling: A natural talent for creating compelling narratives and engaging content that captures consumer attention across all touchpoints
