Job Description

As a Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Winning and growing client relationships through business development and consultative account management.
  • Attracting, assessing and engaging top talent through targeted sourcing and networking.
  • Developing market expertise and building a specialist recruitment proposition.
  • Collaborating with a high-performing team to share knowledge and achieve results.
  • Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM.

The Successful Applicant

If you are someone who
- comes with 3-6 years of experience with an engineering background and has a consultative selling approach (selling to CXOs, CHROs, TA Heads, HR leaders, etc.) across B2B industries (power, semi con, E&E, real estate, manufacturing. renewable energy, Oil & gas, Building materials, chemicals, packaging, etc)
- or comes from exec Search/leadership hiring background in the B2B industrial space
