Job Description

  • Lead solution architecture for last-mile delivery use cases
  • Conduct structured customer discovery to identify business needs
  • Design scalable solutions and integration strategies (API, EDI, FTP)
  • Translate business problems into technology-driven solutions
  • Articulate ROI and business impact to stakeholders
  • Engage with CXO-level clients and drive strategic discussions
  • Support implementation and ensure successful solution delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and engineering

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of logistics / last-mile delivery domain
  • Experience in consulting, solutioning, or implementation roles
  • Knowledge of integration models (APIs, EDI, FTP)
  • Ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership / CXOs
  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking
