Job Description

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of SEC & global regulatory frameworks with multi‑jurisdiction exposure
  • Experience in compliance audits, filings, monitoring & compliance research
  • Exposure to compliance data management - trackers, databases & documentation
  • High accuracy, strong documentation quality & attention to detail

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Analyst should have:

  • CS / LLB qualification with 3 - 6 years PQE
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, audits & global filings
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
