Job Description

The key responsibilities include:

  1. This is a P&L owning commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market entry for a personal hygiene product portfolio, with a strong focus on institutional and B2B segments.
  2. The role involves defining and executing the GTM strategy across key channels including institutional sales (hospitals, corporates, HoReCa), distributors, and select modern trade, ensuring optimal customer and channel mix.
  3. The incumbent will lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin optimization, ensuring sustainable profitability while balancing volume growth and competitive positioning.
  4. The role requires direct ownership of key strategic accounts, including large enterprise customers and partners, driving long-term contracts, relationship management, and business planning.
  5. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to align on demand planning, new product launches, and overall business strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Director should have:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience with strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen, with proven ability to drive revenue, pricing, margins, and profitability.
  • Deep experience in institutional / B2B sales, including managing large enterprise customers, contract negotiations, and long sales cycles.
  • Proven track record in GTM strategy, channel design, and distributor management, with ability to optimize customer and volume mix.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with ability to work across marketing, supply chain, and finance in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global matrix environment, with high ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking.
  • Background in E-commerce is a plus.
