Job Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives while minimizing contractual risk.
  • Provide practical legal counsel to business stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk assessment, compliance matters, and operational legal issues.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective contract management, regulatory compliance, and seamless execution of legal and commercial initiatives.
  • 3 to 5 days work from office
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Exclusive secondment for 12 months via Michael Page

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel (Temp) should have:

  • 8-10 years of experience of working on commercial contracts
  • Based out of Bangalore - willing to be in office 3-5 times a week
  • Has worked with a Pharma company either in the recent past (not mandatory)
