As a Cloud Engineer, you'll design, secure, and automate multi-cloud environments, integrating security controls across cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and containerized workloads. The role focuses on cloud security architecture, IAM, threat management, compliance, and security automation while partnering with engineering teams to embed security throughout the SDLC.

Job Description

  • Architecture & Design: Design and secure scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and OCI.
  • IAM: Implement and manage cloud access controls based on least-privilege principles.
  • DevSecOps: Embed security scanning and controls into CI/CD pipelines and IaC workflows.
  • Security Automation: Automate threat detection, remediation, and cloud incident response.
  • Vulnerability Management: Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and configuration audits.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and security benchmarks.
  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to embed security across the SDLC and promote best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Technical:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, or DevSecOps environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP, preferably across multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes security.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell for security automation.
  • Experience with cloud security, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, CIS).
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, DevSecOps, monitoring tools, and incident response.
