Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 5+ client accounts across international markets.
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance support.
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger and Bookkeeping
  • Drive month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with international stakeholders and client counterparts across various regions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial controls and reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes and service standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting, finance operations or shared services environments.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting functions and closing books of accounts.
  • 6-8 years of people management experience leading accounting or finance teams.
  • Strong background handling multiple client portfolios.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders across US, UK, APAC or other global markets.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS.
  • Expertise in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements with variance analysis for multiple clients.
