Job Description

Strategic Growth

  • Drive long-term business growth and value creation initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, partnerships, and inorganic growth avenues.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.



Operations & Performance Management

  • Oversee daily business performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and monitor organization-wide performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Conduct business reviews and performance analysis across functions.
  • Drive pricing strategy assessments and variance analysis.
  • Ensure robust backend controls and process governance mechanisms.
  • Lead Balanced Scorecard (BSC) reviews and track execution against strategic objectives.
  • Drive accountability for delivery of key business and functional KPIs across teams.



Leadership Partnership

  • Serve as a key advisor and thought partner to CEO and the leadership team.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across business functions.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5-7 years of post-MBA experience.
  • Educational background from premier institutes (eg IIT/IIM).
  • Strong exposure to both strategy consulting and manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working closely with promoters/founders will be highly valued.
  • Demonstrated track record in strategy execution, business transformation, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
