Job Description

  • Support senior leaders with planning and decision-making processes
  • Manage strategic initiatives and track their progress
  • Coordinate with departments to align goals and priorities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and operations
  • Ensure effective communication across teams and leadership
  • Handle confidential and high-level tasks with professionalism
  • Represent leadership in meetings and discussions, as needed

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in consultancy, strategy, or change management
  • Experience in the retail or luxury is a plus
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Proficiency in using office tools and technology
