Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with leadership to drive marketing strategy and execution priorities

* Own business reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights

* Analyze marketing performance across channels and identify growth opportunities

* Build and manage dashboards, reports, and business intelligence frameworks

* Translate data into strategic recommendations and execution plans

* Drive cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and product teams

* Support leadership in decision-making, planning, and performance trackingCandidate Profile:

* 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, business analytics, consulting, or strategy roles

* Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, and customer acquisition

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Successful Applicant



Preferred Background:

* Candidates from top-tier institutes (IIMs / equivalent)

* Prior experience in founder's office / EIR / strategy / consulting roles

* Preferred from Consumer / D2C / FMCG / Retail businesses

* Exposure to start-up environments or high-growth companiesWhat We're Looking For

* Operator with Structured thinker, strategy mindset with strong business acumen

* Strong ownership and bias for action

* Ability to drive projects end-to-end
