Job Description

  • Partner with the Managing Director to drive strategic priorities and ensure effective execution across key business initiatives.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of the Managing Director's Office through prioritization, stakeholder management, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Support growth and expansion initiatives through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments.
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support investment and expansion decisions.
  • Drive governance and performance management by monitoring strategic projects, risks, reviews, and scorecards.
  • Provide actionable insights on market trends, emerging technologies, competitive developments, and future growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate effectively with Board members, CXOs, and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar strategic role.
  • Prior experience with a top-tier global consulting firm is essential.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives independently.
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and executive presence
