Job Description

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and operations.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and key documentation for executive meetings.
  • Identify and address challenges impacting business efficiency and growth.
  • Support in the development of policies and procedures to improve organizational performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ensure timely execution of critical projects and strategic plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief of Staff should have:

  • An MBA from a Tier-1 B-school followed with experience in strategy consulting
  • Atleast 2+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff to the topmost leadership in a large organisation
  • Proven expertise in consultancy, strategy, and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A track record of driving organizational success through strategic initiatives
